If you're between 21 and 43 years old, have experienced the joy of motherhood, lead a healthy lifestyle, and are curious about the profound impact surrogacy can have—not just on the lives of others, but on your own as well—we invite you to explore the possibility of joining our surrogate community. Surrogacy Plus Candidates are well compensated and we support you at every step, ensuring a fulfilling and empowering experience. Compensation typically starts around $50,000 for first time Surrogates and can in some cases exceed $75,000. Remember, Surrogacy Plus Surrogates have the ability to choose their own compensation, but will will still present you with all offers.

Non-smoker and maintain a BMI under 34
Have given birth to at least one child
Free from any criminal history

The application process consists of two steps:

1) The Prescreen Questionnaire (complete below): A short questionnaire that screens you on basic qualifications.

2) Full Questionnaire: Once the prescreen is reviewed and accepted, we will prompt you to complete the full questionnaire. It is a slightly more involved survey that dives into more detail about you and your thoughts around the process.
